In 2018/2019 Minequip sold a fleet of Komatsu and Epiroc mining equipment with a full service maintenance availability contract.
A large team of Ex-Pat Mechanics working 24-7 on site.
Minequip changed a large mining company which was 100% Caterpillar since inception to Komatsu and Epiroc through Minequip’s Professional Maintenance and Support Program.
Minequip will be setting up a local maintenance training program for Surinamese Mechanics. Minequip takes seriously it's responsibility to support and train local mechanics.

Minequip maintained 4x DML drill rigs and 6x Cummins QSK60 Engine on site on a MARC style program with availability clause for a Tier 1 mining company.
Over the last four years Minequip has always outperformed its availability parameters.
Minequip is one of only two high horse power independent dealers in the world.

Maintained 450 Komatsu & CAT dozers and excavators in 5 different sites around the country with 45 ex-pat mechanics and 30 local mechanics who were trained by Minequip.
Previously, the owner had 40% availability on machines that were less than 1 year old.
Within 6 months, we had 85% availability which continued through the rest of the contract.
In 2.5 years Minequip never had a penalty for a missed availability.

Maintenance and support contract for the Atlas Copco compressors at minesite in Suriname.
Minequip technician comes to site every 3 months for rebuilding and servicing and then co-ordinates with the mine staff between visits for trouble shooting and technical support.

Minequip rebuilds and maintains the large front shovel and back hoe buckets for the mines in Suriname.
We have completely rebuild buckets up to 23 cubic yards.

Minequip rebuilt a large fleet of CAT 992, D10, 16M and D7 machines to Africa and had over 92% availability for the following two years.
Minequip rebuilt a Hitachi EX12000 on site in Guyana with over 90% availability for the following two years.
